- 21. Is the facility properly constructed and maintained in a state of good repair to allow for the safe and sanitary handling of food?
- Counters, floors, walls, and ceiling are smooth and easy to clean.There is no commercial ventilation and fire suppression system which means that this unit will be restricted from deep frying.1- The legs of the counters and the frame of the outside back door are bare wood. Bare wood isn't easy to clean and can readily absorb moisture. Please paint or otherwise finish the bare wood legs of the counters. It is strongly recommended that the door frame also be painted.
