      • There was no paper towel at the hand-washing station in the kitchen. Corrected during the inspection. Operator brought a roll of paper towel to the handwashing station. Please make sure hand washing stations are properly stocked.
    • 21. Is the facility properly constructed and maintained in a state of good repair to allow for the safe and sanitary handling of food?
      • *Paper towel dispenser was not operational; operator lost the key. Please make sure paper towel dispenser is properly operating.*Caulking at the hand sink in the front bar area was not in good repair. Please make sure it is repaired. *Baseboard surface of the counter at the front bar area was peeling off surface. Please make sure it is properly repaired.
    • 23. Is the facility maintained in a clean and sanitary condition?
      • Cleaning of the following areas is completed:*Dust on the ceiling vents in the kitchen *Grease at the exhaust canopy filters * Kitchen was cluttered. Please make sure all unused items are removed from the kitchen.

      • Ph Test strip for Sushi Rice was not available onsite. *Please make sure Ph test strips are available onsite.
    • 21. Is the facility properly constructed and maintained in a state of good repair to allow for the safe and sanitary handling of food?
      • *Caulking at the hand sink in one of the washrooms was not in good repair.Please make sure surface is recaulked.
    • 22. Are utensils and equipment maintained in a condition and a manner that ensures the safe handling of food?
      • Walk-in cooler door handle was not in good repair. * Please replace the walk-in cooler door handle.
    • 23. Is the facility maintained in a clean and sanitary condition?
      • *Shelves in the cook line were not in clean condition, grease built up at shelves. *Flour and sugar big bins had debris in them. Please make sure they are cleaned and sanitized before placing any food item in them.
