- There was no paper towel at the hand-washing station in the kitchen. Corrected during the inspection. Operator brought a roll of paper towel to the handwashing station. Please make sure hand washing stations are properly stocked.

- *Paper towel dispenser was not operational; operator lost the key. Please make sure paper towel dispenser is properly operating.*Caulking at the hand sink in the front bar area was not in good repair. Please make sure it is repaired. *Baseboard surface of the counter at the front bar area was peeling off surface. Please make sure it is properly repaired.
