      • Discussed requirements for written procedures based on the services being offered: skin cleansing, applying antiseptic, accidental injury and post service care. Written post service care available. AHS templates printed and available onsite. Please complete written procedures for skin cleansing, applying antiseptic and accidental injuries.
    • 20. Is reusable equipment disinfected properly?
      • Preempt CS20 high level disinfectant available onsite for disinfection semi-critical tools. The corresponding AHP7 test strips were not available. Please obtain test strips and test the disinfectant solution each day before use. Record results on a log sheet.
