- The liquid in the hand sanitizer bottle at the hand washing sink did not lather and did not appear to be appropriate hand soap. Please ensure the hand sink is supplied with proper hand soap at all times. Hand sinks should be provided with soap in a suitable dispenser (e.g., liquid soap). Corrected during inspection. The operator retrieved bar soap and later provided a photo showing liquid hand soap at the hand sink.
