Pool operator indicated that in the interim a certified pool operator in the next hotel is able to help. Ensure that a pool operator certificate is obtained and a copy of the certificate is provided to the public health inspector for review.

      • Suction outlet covers were stated expired on the Anti-entrapment plans and operator stated it has not been changed.Outlet covers were observed in free of cracks at the time of inspection.Replace the suction outlet covers and update the anti-entrapment plans. Provide PHI with specifications of the obtained suction outlet covers.

      • Records of the manual temperature water reading and automatic chemical readings are not kept.Ensure that operating records are maintained and kept, including pool water temperature and automatic chemical readings.
