      • Observation: High temperature dishwasher is not working. Temperature at final rinse measured at 53C at plate level
      • Corrective Action(s): Repair the dishwasher and ensure that final rinse cycle is measured at 71C during final rinse at plate level or 82 C at the gauge. Meanwhile, sanitize dishes manually using 200ppm quats solution in two comparment sink

      • Observation: Cooler under coffee machine measured at 10C. Milk and oat milk stored in this cooler. Operator stated the milk stored the milk stored in this unit after noon. Operator transfered a jug of milk to a good working cooler. No other perishable food noted in the cooler at this time.
      • Corrective Action(s): Monitor this cooling unit. Do not store perishable food until the unit is capable of keet food temperature under 4 degree C.
      • Repair or replace the unit if needed.

      • Wire shelve are showing signs of rust and wear.
      • Corrective Action(s): Thoroughly clean and sanitize the cooler. Wipe down surfaces and door seal rubbers. Ensure to maintaine the cooler in sanitary condition.
      • Consider replacing wire shelve inside the cooler as they show signs of rust.
