- Observation(s): It was noted that temperature monitoring records were available, test strips for chlorine and quaternary ammonia were also onsite. With respect to temperature monitoring, please discontinue recording temperatures for refrigerators, equipment or menu items that are not in use/not part of this location. Please tailor temp monitoring records to reflect equipment specific to this location. Please also monitor temperatures of PHF located within upper inserts of the grill line prep table refrigerator.
