- Quats sanitizer was tested at 400ppm. Please ensure quats sanitizer is maintained at 200ppm to avoid chemical contamination of food contact surfaces. Test strips were not observed at the time of the inspection. Please ensure test strips for the quats sanitizer. Household chlorine/bleach was also observed. If chlorine is used as sanitizing agent (eg. for dishwashing), please ensure concentrations are maintained at 100ppm and chlorine test strips are also obtained.
