- 1) Knives were being stored in a stainless-steel holder with food debris and stored between the holder and prep table which had an accumulation of food debris near the dedicated handwashing sink. - The holder and knives were cleaned and sanitized. Knives to be stored in the holder slots and not in the gap between the holder and prep counter.2) There was orange food debris noted around the mixing mechanism of the table-top mixer.- Cleaned and sanitized.3) There was dry food debris noted on a large frying pan being stored with clean cooking equipment on a shelf outside of the walk-in freezer.- Staff threw away the pan as it was also dented.

- A 1/3 and 1/2 stainless steel insert of mashed potatoes were found wrapped and being stored on a rolling cart in the walk-in cooler. The internal temperature of the mashed potatoes measured 35C. Informed by staff that the mashed potatoes were made 2 hours ago.- The mashed potatoes were discarded by staff. High risk food shall be cooled from 60C-20C within 2 hours and from 20C to 4C within 4 hours.
