    • 29(2)(a) - FAILING TO ENSURE MAINTENANCE, CLEANING & SANITATION PROGRAM INCLUDES PROCEDURES TO ENSURE FOOD ESTABLISHMENT & EQUIPMENT MAINTAINED, CLEANED & SANITIZED.
      • Provide sanitizer products for equipment washing. Acquire test strips / kit appropriate for sanitizers in use. Provide full label and direction for use on spray bottles.

    • 19(2)(a) - INADEQUATE WATER SAMPLING PROTOCOL BEING FOLLOWED / RECORDS KEPT. A food establishment must provide all of the following in accordance with applicable legislation or as considered acceptable by the Administrator: a supply of potable hot and cold water at adequate pressure and volume with the appropriate facilities to store and distribute the water and to control the water temperature;
      • Provide bacteriological water sample results for well water at site from accredited lab. & forward to inspector.
    • 29(2)(a) - FAILING TO ENSURE MAINTENANCE, CLEANING & SANITATION PROGRAM INCLUDES PROCEDURES TO ENSURE FOOD ESTABLISHMENT & EQUIPMENT MAINTAINED, CLEANED & SANITIZED.
      • Remove expired sanitizer product. Provide sanitizer products for surface sanitizing, for washrooms and equipment washing. Ensure mix station functional and employees trained. Acquire test strips / kit appropriate for sanitizers in use. Cease use of counter fridge for storing dairy. Keep it in walk-in cooler until corrected / <=4C held.
