- Flooring around areas for eating are currently carpet. Please ensure floor around eating areas are smooth, easy to clean and impervious to moisture. Second room is available for eating areas or provide mats under and around tables used for eating.
- 18. Is the facility and equipment being maintained in a suitable manner (Non-Critical)?
- Windows were open but did not have adequate insect screen protectors. Door to outside (green space) was also open allowing for dust and pests to enter.Please keep windows and doors closed or install insect screen protectors.
