      • Chlorine test strips are required for washing toys using the 2 compartment sink (100 ppm chlorine required for sanitizing).

      • Disinfectant measured at above 400 ppm QUATs, which is not allowed on food contact surfaces/tables. Disinfectant should be diluted so that it is measuring 200 ppm QUATs, or another disinfectant obtained.
    • 20. Are indoor play areas and equipment sufficient and being properly maintained to ensure client safety (Non-Critical)?
      • Toys are cleaned and disinfected on a monthly basis (not including mouthed toys which are cleaned/disinfected when mouthed). It was discussed that toys are required to be cleaned on a weekly basis at minimum.Toy washing procedures were not satisfactory: ensure toys are washed following the wash, rinse, sanitize method at the 2-compartment sink.
