- 1. A cot (portable, collapsable bed) with beige mesh, green frame, and blanket was observed in the food handling area by the 3-compartment sink.2. Two brown chairs were observed in the same space with a towel, sauce pan, a notebook, and a glasses.Correction:-Informed the operator to take the cot home.-Informed the operator to move chairs to the area with no food handling.-ENSURE that an incompatible activity is not occurring in the food handling area.
