- Temperature of the north side of the walk-in cooler is recorded 7 degrees Celsius. Temperature on the south side of the walk-in cooler is recorded 3 degrees Celsius. Operator is advised to immediately repair the walk-in cooler so that it can maintain its temperature at 4 degrees Celsius or lower throughout the walk-in cooler. Operator is advised to move the high-risk food items to south side of walk-in cooler where temperature is at 3 degrees Celsius. Operator is advised to monitor cooler temperatures with an external thermometer. Operator moved all high-risk food to south side of the walk-in cooler at the time of inspection.
