      • 1-Barbicide was not being prepared according to manufacturer instructions for use. Discussed with operator and all containers were drained and refilled with barbicide fresh solution prepared according to manufacturer instructions for use.2-CaviWipes container's lid was not being closed. Operator closed the container during inspection onsite.
