- Eight (8) varieties of cupcakes with cheese cream topping were observed displayed in an unrefrigerated sales counter.Products containing cream cheese, fresh whipped cream, custard, or similar toppings or fillings require refrigeration at 40°F (4°C) or below to prevent microbial growth and ensure food safety.Upon notification, staff immediately moved the cheese‑cream‑topped cupcakes to the walk‑in refrigerator.Please be advised that cheese‑cream‑topped cupcakes displayed without temperature control are not approved for sale. Any such products must be maintained under proper refrigeration at all times.
