- Written procedures for skin antiseptic application and post service care were incomplete. Templates for other procedures were completed - fill in the blank templates.

- High level disinfectant test strips were expired. Owner indicated that she had ordered new strips. In the meantime, ensure any high-level disinfectant dispensed is changed daily until testing can resume.The PreEmpt RTU wipes used for low-level or environmental disinfection of surfaces were expired. The owner indicated that she had ordered more wipes.
