- 1. Damaged wall was observed near/adjacent to the whirlpool basin.-Please repair the indicated wall and ensure good repair.2. Missing tiles were noted around the edges of the whirlpool.Please repair to ensure safe and sanitary operation of the pool.3. Chipped edge covered with masking tape observed on steps of the children/wading pool.-Please repair to ensure good repair.4. There was no soap in the shower or hand washing sink in the universal changing washroom.-Please provide soap in the indicated areas to ensure sanitary condition/procedures.5. Hot water temperature in the children changing washroom was measured at 17 degrees Celsius.-Please adjust the hot water temperature in the indicated washroom to between 38-43 to ensure proper handwashing process.
