- 1) Drinks were stored on a shelf under laundry detergent, cleaners, chemicals, etc. Please store foods in a safe manner and not under potential sources of contamination. Corrected.2) Packages of candy were stored on the floor. Store foods at least 6 inches off the floor. Corrected.

- Facility was restricted to handle "Pre-packaged low-risk foods only - no preparation of food" however was selling perishable foods (milk) in the cooler. Cooler temp was satisfactory - inspector will update food permit fee and restriction to reflect current level of food handling.

- The fan guard in the cooler was dusty. Please clean.
