      • The hot water faucet of the hand sink in the kitchen was not functional. Paper towel was not available. Ensure sink is repaired immediately.

      • Fruit flies were seen in the kitchen, and the receiving door was opened on arrival. Ensure door is closed at all times.

      • The shelf and wall of the rice cooker cabinet is unfinished. Ensure wall and shelves are maintained in a smooth, easy to clean and non-absorbent manner.

      • The walk-in freezer was observed to be leaking. Ensure equipment is repaired.

Staff was instructed to remove all the frozen meat and soup from the defective walk-in cooler and have them stored in other coolers. Remind all staff not to store perishable foods inside the defective walk-in cooler until the equipment has been fixed.
