      • The prep cooler adjacent to the 3 -compartment sink in the kitchen was measured between 8-10C. Facility had just opened and kept no temperature record of the cooler. High risk food in the cooler was moved to another functional cooler during inspection.Ensure cooler is maintained below 4C before use. Monitor and record temperatures of all coolers.

      • There was no paper towel dispenser at the bar handsink.Ensure the paper towel dispenser is installed and well-equipped.
