      • The temperature thermostat for the whirlpool heater has not been reinstalled after the heater was replaced. Install the thermostat to ensure the temperature is maintained below 40C at all times.

      • Chlorine in the whirlpool was measured at 0.7 ppm. Adjust and ensure the chlorine is maintained at least at 2 ppm.

      • The temperature thermostat for the whirlpool heater has not been reinstalled after the heater was replaced. Install the thermostat to ensure the temperature is maintained below 40C at all times.
    • 16. Are proper testing, monitoring, and other records being properly maintained?
      • The testing logs used for the whirlpool does not have a space to include the manual pH testing results. Revert back to the test logs used on the swimming pool.

      • The microbiological water sample submitted on 28 Feb 2024 was unsatisfactory: HPC 1440 CFU/mL. Take all necessary action to ensure microbiologically safe water. Submit a new microbiological water sample at your earliest convenience once the water chemistry is balanced.

    • 04. Is the chemical quality of the water in this pool satisfactory (Critical)?
      • Free chlorine was 0.46 ppm. Ensure the whirlpool system is maintained at 2 ppm.
    • 07. Are the filtration, circulation and disinfection systems used to maintain water quality working properly (Non-Critical)?
      • Automated chemical controller is not maintaining the disinfectant levels at the appropriate values. ORP was noted below set point and the system was not engaging the chemical feed pumps. Service the controller.
    • 12. Are the general safety devices and physical conditions in this pool providing a safe environment (Critical)?
      • The main drains were replaced Feb 3, 2023 however additional screws were installed on the side of the drain. According to the manufactures documentation this is not a complaint installation. Replace the suction outlets using only manufactures screws and mounting holes.
