- 1. Tile on the whirlpool stairs is lifting and grout is cracked. Some cracking grout is sharp and a hazard. Repair the stairs/whirlpool surround.2. The sauna seating area is in disrepair. Refinish the boards and clean the debris noted in under the seating area.3. Areas on the pool deck and in the changerooms require cleaning. A build up of debris in the corners and under the water hose on deck was noted. Conduct a deep clean of the changerooms and deck.4. Shower head in the men's changeroom is leaking. Repair or replace. 5. The pool test kit has expired reagents. Obtain new reagents for the pool test kit.
