- The exterior door that opens directly into the door handling area does not for a tight seal when closed - outside light is visible around the perimeter of the door, indicating gaps that can provide entry points for pests.ACTION:Ensure that exterior doors form a tight seal when closed to prevent pest entry.

- In the room to the left of the dishwasher, there is an open hole in the floor. This hole makes the floor hard to clean and can serve as a harbourage point for pests.ACTION: Repair or cover the hole so that it is smooth, durable, non-absorbent, and easy to clean.
