    • 09. Are chemicals stored and handled in a safe manner?
      • The sanitizer solution bucket was not labelled. Ensure all chemicals, sanitizer buckets, and bottles are clearly labelled with their contents to prevent chemical misuse or contamination.
    • 12. Are there adequate and properly operating dish washing facilities to effectively clean and sanitize equipment and utensils (unless noted elsewhere)(Non-Critical)?
      • Chlorine test papers were expired in 2021. Please purchase new supplies. Chlorine test papers are required to monitor the sanitizer strength.
    • 16. Is the facility free of unapproved animals, vermin and/or insects (unless noted elsewhere), and maintained to prevent the entry or harbourage of pests?
      • Back delivery door had a gap that could be an entry point for pest. Please install a weatherstripping.
    • 22. Are utensils and equipment maintained in a condition and a manner that ensures the safe handling of food?
      • The section of the glass door of the stand‑up cooler in the kitchen was cracked and temporarily covered with white cardboard. The internal temperature of the cooler was measured at 3.5 °C.Please repair the cooler door. During the repair period, ensure that all perishable food is maintained at proper temperature control (at or below 4C) and is protected from potential glass contamination. An alternative cooler must be used while repairs are underway.
