    • F1.4 - Are proper refrigeration, freezing and thawing procedures followed?
      • Observation(s): 1. Thermometers in two of the coolers at the front of the store were not functioning. One was replaced during inspection. 2. Doors on two of the coolers in the front of the store do not close properly. Doors must seal to ensure coolers maintain a temperature of ≤4°C
      • F1.4B - Accurate thermometers must be provided to monitor equipment.
    • F3.5 - Are there handwashing stations available and properly supplied?
      • Observation(s): Hot water tank is broken so there is no hot water in the facility. Cold water is still available and handwashing is being supplemented with hand sanitizer. There is no food preparation done and only pre-packaged foods available in this facility. Hot water tank has been ordered and should be installed by the end of the week.
