Finally, its better. People are so rude and fake sometimes, do not rely on negative reviews i tell ya , they never appreciate, its a lot better since i last visited, i think there is a management change. Love to come here oh and pizza and chicken are delicious

I was in the store tonight and Jass was there tonight helping me out a lot. I pumped gas, ate and had a very nice chat with him. Highly recommended!

Store was disgustingly dirty. Slushy Machine area grimpy and gross. Everything in the cooler was not even remotely cold. Gas was 5 cents more expensive. Cashier was rude and short for no apparent reason. Overall a bad experience.

What in the world is going on with this 7-eleven?! It's always been sub par but tolerable.... It's now become the jankiest convenience store in Nelson. Can't even get a HOT DOG. No weiners on the wheels, god forbid they do have one it's only ketchup or mustard for you, no toppings or onions, no chili or cheese. Whole hot selection in general is brutal... I've seen the same slice of pizza sitting in there 4 hours later looking like Sponge Bobs old worm in a wheelchair lady. Not to mention the fact that the gas pumps are regularly shut down. Staff are obviously not paid properly and give less than 2 cents which yeah, if they are underpaid I get but like some freaking service would be nice... Such a joke of a place and I hope y'all shut down cause it's been getting worse and worse the past 3 years.

Perhaps the worst 7 11 I have ever been to. I wasn't surprised tho seeing how it's ran.. Shocking to say the least, was really hoping to not see that crap out in the boonies aw well!! Anyway fix your coffee machines and your staff. They are constantly on their phones, ignoring customers just chit chatting it away in Punjab. My wife couldn't even use the bathroom, how pathetic! Probably reserved for staff feet washing.... I eventually walked away

I was refused service while trying to purchase cigarettes, even though I am over 30 years old and provided a valid photo ID from Québec. The staff claimed I needed two pieces of photo ID, which is not legally required in British Columbia. It felt like I was being treated unfairly because I’m from Québec and speak with a French accent. I was not given the benefit of the doubt, and the attitude was dismissive and unprofessional. As a Canadian, I expect to be treated equally across provinces. This experience was frustrating and disappointing. I hope this business reconsiders how it treats out-of-province customers and educates its staff on proper ID laws and respectful service.

I’m surprised with the current reviews here. I for one have had a great experience here. The store was fully stocked. The coffee facilities were clean. On one of the visits there was a small que appearing as everyone wanted to get served at once, what appeared to be the manager or owner came behind the counter and served me to speed up the queue. He also informed me about a buy one get one free deal on my item as well as directing me to where the microwave is. Overall, I have had good experiences at this gas station.

Completely changed my review. Worst 711 in Canada. I dont think I've been to any worse. Waiting in line and the worker continues to sweep the floor. Customer should ALWAYS be top priority in business no matter what. They dont care since …
