    • 09. Is the pool premises maintained in a clean and sanitary condition, good repair and are temperatures being properly regulated?
      • 1. Paint on drywall around ventilation grate above the hot tub is flaking off.2. Base of drywall around edges of hot tub room are severely water damaged.- Ensure that the walls around the whirlpool deck are not damaged and maintained in sanitary condition.
    • 10. Are proper testing, monitoring, and other records being properly maintained?
      • Water chemistry testing was not being performed on the weekends and corrective actions were not mentioned on log sheet - Perform water testing regularly and all corrective actions should be written on the log sheet.
    • 11. Does the pool premises have adequate written policies, plans and posted rules and safety information to ensure that the pool is operating in a safe manner?
      • ***Ongoing Violation***1. Anti-entrapment plan is incorrect - Plan says channel drain covers expire 2026 but they actually expire Nov 2024.-Update anti-entrapment plan.2. Anti-entrapment plan missing certificate of compliance for Hayward 12x12 covers. - Please update anti-entrapment plan.
