    • 10. Are food temperatures during storage and processing being controlled to maximize food safety?
      • The internal temperature of the left-hand side LG fridge measured between 6°C to 7.4°C. Food handlers were also leaving the fridge door opened.Fix the fridge to measure 4°C.Install thermometers in both LG fridges.
    • 11. Are there adequate and properly operating dish washing facilities to effectively clean and sanitize equipment and utensils (unless noted elsewhere)(Critical)?
      • Improper manual dishwashing method. Food handlers were not following the manual dishwashing procedure. Food handlers were not sanitizing the dishes, and no sanitizer was prepared at the 2-compartment sink.Staff immediately washed the sink and prepared a sanitizer solution at 100 ppm.Two Sink Dishwashing Method poster was posted at the 2-compartment sink.
