      • Toddler 1 - one of the cord blinds was hanging loose and in reach of children.-Ensure cord blinds are stored out of reach of children
    • 17. Is the facility and equipment being maintained in a suitable manner (Critical)?
      • Some bleach bottles had chlorine <50 ppm. Instructions on bleach bottles said 1/8 tsp bleach in 500mL water.-Ensure chlorine solutions are at 100-200 ppm. This can be made at 1/2 tsp bleach in 1L water

      • Infant 2 - foam dice had significant teeth marks.-Ensure toy condition is monitored and remove toys that cannot be easily cleaned-Staff removed the dice
