- refrigerator 034 observed to not be able to hold foods at 4 degrees C or lower.Please ensure this refrigerator is able to maintain 4 degrees C if storing any food. At the time of the inspection, orange juice, ketchup and waters were being stored in this refrigerator. Orange juices were moved to another refrigerator.

- May 16: Line cooler still not in use and not repaired. There was a smaller unit in use and items in this unit were not covered and not maintaining 4 C. Items were probed at 6.8 C and above after less than an hour in the unit. Bottom of unit was below 4 C and lids were placed on the containers to help maintain 4 C. These items are to be monitored and if they remain above 4 C for 2 hours they are to be discarded. Monitor the time on each container if the unit isn't maintaining 4 C. The line cooler for burger toppings was observed to be out of service as it had broken down earlier in the day. Items were being kept on a cart in the walk-in cooler, and repair service has been initiated.

- Observed leaking 3-compartment sink or hot water tank as a pooling of water was observed. Operator had mentioned it was due to the 3-compartment sink motor and a plumber has been called to fix the leak. Strong smell of sewer gas was also observed in the proximity. Ensure both issues gets fixed.
