      • Sandwich prep cooler was not operational during the inspection. They are aware of the situation and waiting for technician to come. They were doing ice bathing for the meantime. They put the food items back into walk-in cooler when they are done. No issue noted for temperature wise with ice bathing method.

      • One of the hand sink at the front area was not supplied with paper towel. Corrected during the inspection.*Operator placed the paper towel into the dispenser.
