      • The ventilation system on the fryer did not work.- The operator was advised not use deep fryer till the ventilation system is repaired.

      • 1. Front handwashing station was not easily accessible and blocked with equipment.- Operator removed equipment away from the hand sink during inspection.2. Soap dispenser at the front handwashing station was empty. - Operator refilled soap dispenser during inspection.ENSURE HAND SINKS ARE UNOBSTRUCED FOR STAFF USE, HAS HOT AND COLD-WATER ACCESS, AND IS STOCKED PROPERLY WITH PAPER TOWELS AND SOAP AT ALL TIMES.

      • Paper towel dispenser at the back hand sink was in disrepair and not adequately dispensing towels.- Please repair or replace the paper towel dispenser.
    • 16. Is the facility free of unapproved animals, vermin and/or insects (unless noted elsewhere), and maintained to prevent the entry or harbourage of pests?
      • There were several small flies present throughout the kitchen, on wall and cardboard boxes near the staff washroom and mop sink area. - Please thoroughly clean the entire kitchen including drainage lines, and contact professional pest control company to eliminate the flies.
