This is a general check for pests and conditions that could lead to pest infestation.       • The following areas have buildup of debris: Basement cafe - oil/food debris build up in and around cook area especially on floor by deep fryer and in-between griddle and gas stove.lounge - dusty/ food residual build up at inside microwave

      • Floors in basement kitchen specially underneath and around cooking) grill has oily debris build up. No cleaning schedule observed.A written cleaning schedule need to be implemented / posted with daily, weekly, monthly activities clearly identified.AHS cleaning and sanitizing template was provided.

      • Upstairs lounge mechanical dishwasher was not in working condition. Unit requires repair. - note last inspection in 2019 also indicated mechanical dishwasher was in disrepair. *not observed durning this inspection

Area may not be kept clean. Please find alternative location for knives to be stored - not inbetween two counters.
