      • Faucet for dishwashing sink couldnot be turned off completely.Faucet was dripping water even when the handle was in off position.Make sure to repair/replace the indicated water fixture.

      • Observed chemical products stacked on upper shelf right above food products. Informed operator to properly separate food products from household cleaning products, or place the cleaning products on the bottom shelf. This will prevent spillage of chemicals into food.
    • 23. Is the facility maintained in a clean and sanitary condition?
      • The water hose in dishwashing area were connected with no back flow preventor valve. Informed operator to shorten hose or install a back flow preventor valve, in order to prevent contaminated water from entering into the main water source.There was also water on the floor in dishwashing area. Informed operator to keep area clean and dry. Operator will look into problem to identify if there is a leak from the pipes or was caused by a spillage. Observed clutter around the dishwashing area. Informed operator to clean the area where dishes are drying, and there should be no personal items or food in dishwashing area.Water was leaking from slushy machine pipes into a plastic container with spillage on the floor. Operator has scheduled maintenance for next week. Informed operator to keep area clean and dry in order to avoid slips.There was dirt on the trays in the walk-in cool cooler. Informed operator to perform extra cleaning in the walk-in cooler.A large boxes was in the food prep area. Informed operator to keep food area free from any form of tripping hazard.
