      • Ensure that proper diapering protocol is being adhered to by staff.
    • 09. Are properly operating hand washing sink(s) available in suitable location(s), and properly stocked with handwashing supplies?
      • Ensure that hand sinks are always accessible for thorough hand washing.
    • 18. Is the facility and equipment being maintained in a suitable manner (Non-Critical)?
      • 1. Ensure that cleaning supplies/ accessories are not stored in areas that are accessible to children.2. Do not store diapering mats on children's toilets as they can fall on children.3. Ensure that potty seats are cleaned after each use and put away.

    • 18. Is the facility and equipment being maintained in a suitable manner (Non-Critical)?
      • Upon closer inspection, the diaper change mat in the infant room 1 was beginning to degrade on the surface. Please change this mat as soon as possible.

    • 18. Is the facility and equipment being maintained in a suitable manner (Non-Critical)?
      • Bathroom vents were quite dusty in almost all rooms. Please clean on a routine basis to prevent buildup.
    • 19. Are indoor play areas and equipment sufficient and being properly maintained to ensure client safety (Critical)?
      • 1. Flour used to make playdough was indicated to be unprocessed, and unsafe for raw consumption. Please bake flour prior to using for playdough as raw flour can contain harmful bacteria. 2. Fabric busy books were found in one of the rooms, and were indicated to be sprayed with bleach. These items must be laundered weekly or removed if they cannot undergo a hot wash/hot dry. Same for wooden dolls with fabric clothes found in one of the preschool rooms.

      • 1. There was inadequate separation between children's cots. Corrected during inspection when issues were noted. 2. There were common pillows stored on top of cots. Do not store cushions of common items on childrens cots.

      • Chipped walls observed in most of the classrooms. Staff stated that repainting of walls proposed for spring 2022.*Repair*Violation not assessed at this time.
