    • 10. Is a properly supplied first aid kit provided and readily available?
      • 1. The first aid kit in the cupboard above the sink in the preschool room had expired alcohol wipes. **Replace with new alcohol wipes.**2. The first aid kit for the backpack in the preschool room had a very low number of alcohol wipes.**Put in more alcohol wipes for this first aid kit.**
    • 24. Are sleeping supplies and areas sufficient to ensure client safety and comfort (Non-Critical)?
      • The bags for the children were placed messily in the back area of the infant room. Some bags were open and on top of each other, touching other bedding.**Please arrange the storage of the bedding in the infant room. Place is neatly to ensure open bags are not on top of one another.**

    • 08. Is this facility properly constructed (Non-Critical)?
      • Some of the white cubicles/ shelving units near the front door (that is being used to store children's personal belongings), has raw porous wood exposed along the edge trims.**Please install missing edge trims or apply a proper finish to the surface so it is made smooth, non-absorbent to moisture, and easily cleanable.
    • 09. Are properly operating hand washing sink(s) available in suitable location(s), and properly stocked with handwashing supplies?
      • There were no paper towels in the paper towel dispenser of the Toddler/Infant room. **Please replenish handwashing supplies and ensure hand sinks are adequately stocked with soap/paper towels at all times**
    • 27. Are proper measures being taken to ensure that vermin do not enter or exist in the facility (Non-Critical)?
      • In the Infant/Toddler room, the back door has gaps exposed along the bottom corners to the exterior. Sunlight can be seen coming in through the gaps. ** Please repair or replace the weatherstripping of the back door and eliminate the gaps to the exterior. Ensure the door is properly weather/pest proof.
