      • 1. Several chlorine bottles did not have proper labels to indicate the concentration and chemical.The chlorine was also measuring at 500 ppm.- New labels were printed during the inspection. Please also switch the chlorine levels to 100 ppm for daily use.

      • 1. Infant 2 room: Staff personal belongings are stored inside one of the accessible cabinets. There may be potential hazards (ex. medications) inside the belongings.- Please install a childproof lock for the cabinet.

      • 1. Chlorine test strips are not available on site. The facility has the wrong sanitizer test strips.- Please purchase chlorine test strips.

      • 1. Preschool 1: There is a toy storage cabinet that is in disrepair and is currently taped to cover the damaged area. This makes it difficult to clean the cabinet thoroughly. The operator states a new cabinet will be delivered.- Please replace the cabinet.2. Preschool 1 washroom: Sections of the washroom counter has exposed raw wood. Washroom surfaces must be easy to clean and impervious to moisture.- Please repair the washroom countertop.3. Preschool 2 washroom: One of the cabinet doors were unable to be opened due to water damage and warping.- Please repair the cabinet door.

Some faucets at washroom handsinks were not working or running water did not stay on unless holding faucets. - Ensure that all faucets at hand sinks are in good working condition and are providing running water. 2. Some soap dispensers and sinks were partially blocked by containers or other miscellaneous items. - Ensure that handsinks and their supplies are readily accessible at all times for handwashing.
