      • Baby and Toddler room- The lid of the stand play table is damaged and currently being held together with duct tape along the edges. Get a proper lid for the sand table which is smooth and easy to clean.

      • Preschool room- The toilet system is clogged and currently non-functional.Repair the defective toilet system in the preschool room.

      • Staff was observed wiping diapering pad with reusable cloth. Staff indicated cloths are used for tables.Cloth was removed from area immediately. Paper towel is available and is required to be used for diapering disinfection.
