      • Bleach/chlorine disinfectant concentration was measured at 500ppm with bleach/chlorine test strips. Ensure bleach/chlorine disinfectant is maintained at 1000ppm during outbreak. The operator prepared a 1000ppm bleach/chlorine disinfectant during the inspection.

      • No outbreak signage posted at the front entrance door to the facility. Ensure visitors to the facility are aware of the outbreak by posting visible signage on the door. The operator posted adequate outbreak signage on the front door to the facility during the inspection.

      • Several soft pillows and plush toys were observed in each room during outbreak. Ensure all soft toys such as pillows, plushies, blankets, and play clothes are removed from the childcare rooms during the outbreak as they cannot be easily cleaned and disinfected. The operator removed the indicated play items during the inspection.
