      • The rags/cloth to clean the milk steaming wand were not store in sanitizer.- Ensure the rags is stored in sanitizer in between use, or use a clean rag after each use.
    • 10. Are food temperatures during storage and processing being controlled to maximize food safety?
      • The front cake display cooler measured at 9.7C.- Ensure the temperature is able to maintained at/below 4C.
    • 16. Is the facility free of unapproved animals, vermin and/or insects (unless noted elsewhere), and maintained to prevent the entry or harbourage of pests?
      • A gap is found at the bottom of the back door.- Ensure the gap is sealed to prevent entry of pest.
    • 18. Are general nuisance conditions, other than those noted in other violations, being prevented at this food facility (Non-Critical)?
      • Bread stick on the shelf and at the back kitchen did not have a best before date or use by date. --Add a date of when the product is produced. The date will provide your customers information and will provide staff info related to stock rotation.
    • 20. Do food handlers at the facility have adequate food safety training?
      • The operator was not familiar with refrigeration temperature requirements.- Ensure additional food safety training is provided.
    • 25. Is food being protected from contamination during transportation?
      • The bakery refrigerator truck was not turn on to maintain temperature of 4C during transportation with high-risk foods such as cream filling baked goods. - Ensure the temperature is maintained during transportation.
