      • Two pairs of gloves stored in handwash sink in back kitchen area.Hot water tap at the same sink is very difficult to turn and once it is turned on it is difficult to turn off, and the faucet continues to leak.Do not store anything on / in the handwashing sink.Fix or replace the taps so the hot water is easily available.
    • 16. Is the facility free of unapproved animals, vermin and/or insects (unless noted elsewhere), and maintained to prevent the entry or harbourage of pests?
      • Dead mouse observed in snap trap.Discard snap trap and continue to monitor for pest activity.Keeping all areas clean and sanitary will help with this.

      • Dirt and debris present on floor in hard-to-reach areas.Ensure all areas are clean and well maintained.
