      • -Food in the cooler was opened and not labelled. Ensure food in the cooler is covered and labelled with date.

      • Food handling permit was not posted on site. Ensure a valid food handling permit is posted at a visible location to the public.

      • -The walls were still being touched up (patches/mudding in several areas)-The swinging doors leading to the kitchen were unfinished (not smooth & washable) - require painting-The platform where the hot water tank was stored was unfinished wood (not smooth & washable)-The light in the walk-in cooler was not installed ACTION REQUIRED:-Finish all surfaces so they are smooth, washable, & impervious to moisture-Install lighting in the walk-in cooler and ensure it is equipped with a protective cover
