    • 08. Is this facility properly constructed (Non-Critical)?
      • -The ceiling tile above the toilet in the girls washroom was not secured in place and had a large water stain.-Several water stains were observed on ceiling tiles in the girls' washroom.-Several water stains were observed on ceiling tiles in the boys' washroom.Please fix/replace the affected tiles.
    • 18. Is the facility and equipment being maintained in a suitable manner (Non-Critical)?
      • Caulking was missing near the sink in the girls' washroom, and water was seeping into the gap.Please seal the area around the sink to prevent water from seeping through and to ensure the surface is smooth and easily cleanable.
    • 22. Is the plumbing system adequate and being properly maintained (Non-Critical)?
      • -One hand sink in the girls’ washroom had no warm water and low water pressure.Please fix. Ensure that all sinks are properly maintained, have sufficient water pressure, and provide warm water to support effective handwashing.> Outstanding - August 7, 2025
