1862 Social House

Highly recommend, a lot of local ingredients from the beef to the cheese. Perfect place to go and nice view of the course. Friendly staff and a calm vibe.

The prices were more than reasonable and the food was excellent. We came from out of town for the weekend and enjoyed our meal so much we came back the next day. The smash burger was excellent and the history of the overlanders on the walls really added to the atmosphere.

We came to 1862 tonight as a group of coworkers and had a really enjoyable experience. Our food was all very good and a major improvement over other times we’ve visited when it was the Overlander restaurant. The menu is a good size and everything was presented nicely and fresh. Service was great as well. Pricing was also really reasonable. No complaints from our table whatsoever!! We’ll be back soon :)

Went for an early dinner today and we were really impressed by the new decor. Feels cozy. Service was excellent and food was great. Will definitely be going back!!

My husband just came back from lunch with his Dad and brother and was raving about how good your food was...a real Smashburger done right he said! Anyways, he isn't one for writing reviews but I know it can go a long way! P.s. We will come here for our next date night

The food was great Pub Food done with care and attention to detail. The service was amazing, personable and responsive. The building is very cool, with Western coast charm, big beams and cozy colours, we sat on the patio and watched the golfers start and end their rounds.

We really enjoyed our dinner at 1862 Social House! We went around 5:30 on a Saturday, and apparently that was when a lot of other tables decided to arrive. As a result, food service was a little on the slow side. But, when our food came out it was delicious, properly cooked, and very good value for the price (I had their smash burger, my mom had their California chicken club). The staff were all lovely, they just could have used an extra person for the dinner rush (and I’m sure they’ll get that figured out after a little more time of being open). Definitely check them out!

The food is so beyond amazing here, it was absolutely delicious, I would recommend this place to anyone!! The service was so quick, the servers and staff were so friendly!
