      • Observation(s) : Observation : plusieurs réfrigérateurs de toute l'installation n'avaient pas de thermomètres NSF pour la surveillance de la température. Mesures correctives : Assurez-vous que tous les réfrigérateurs ont un thermomètre NSF.

      • Observation(s): Observation: Des rondelles entreposées dans les bacs à farine en vrac. Mesures correctives : Entreposez les scoops à l'extérieur des bacs à farine. S'il est nécessaire d'entreposer des scoops à l'intérieur des bacs, assurez-vous que les poignées ne sont pas en contact avec la farine pour prévenir la contamination.

      • Observation(s): Oeufs et laiteries entreposés au-dessus de citrons, avocats et autres fruits entreposés sur une étagère en dessous dans une glacière. Mesures correctives : Réorganiser les étagères de sorte que les protéines brutes (par exemple la viande crue et les oeufs) soient sur le fond, puis les produits laitiers et les fromages, les fruits et légumes, le produit précuit et les articles nécessaires moins/pas de préparation sur le dessus. S'assurer que les protéines brutes sont placées sur le fond afin que les jus ne fuient pas potentiellement sur les articles précuits/non cuits.
      • F1.7B Les aliments prêts-à-manger doivent être entreposés de manière à éviter toute contamination croisée.
    • F2.5 Les locaux et l'équipement sont-ils correctement entretenus et exploités de manière sanitaire (c.-à-d. entretien continu)?
      • Observation(s) : Scoop dans la machine à glace arrière stockée dans la glace. Mesures correctives : Entreposer la boule de glace à l'extérieur de la glace. La glace est un aliment prêt à manger et la poignée de la pelle peut contaminer la glace du contact avec la main ou si la pelle tombe dans la glace. Assurez-vous que le scoop fait partie du programme de nettoyage régulier. Rappelez au personnel de l'entreposage des glaçons. Pas de désinfectant ou de chiffon pour la baguette à vapeur. Mesures correctives : Remplir le récipient avec un désinfectant à base de QUAT. Submerger le chiffon pendant au moins 30 secondes entre l'utilisation. Essuyer la baguette à vapeur avec le chiffon après utilisation. Les désinfectants à base de QUAT ne se dégradent pas aussi rapidement à partir du contenu laitier. Testez ou changez le désinfectant au moins toutes les 2 heures ou lorsque vous êtes visiblement sale.

    Went in on New Years and had such an amazing experience!! The food was so tasty!! The brownie dessert was fire!! For a table of 12 the service was on point!! Lots of new options on the menu! Can’t wait to come back and try more!! Thanks for a fun evening!!!

    Been here many times before with fine service but this last time was very poor. The restaurant was not busy and we were one of the only tables seated inside. The server who is a big part of going out to a restaurant for apres ski drinks and snacks was cold and inpatient throughout. In my opinion she should not be working in customer service. She did not know the menu options well and shut down our questions. When asked a second time to clarify the menu options she was particularly dismissive and rude. It takes a special type of person to make you as the customer or client feel like an inconvenience. The food and atmosphere were good but good service is just as important. A regular at silverstar but won’t be back.

    Had a great dinner out with the family. This has been one of our favourite meals out on all the ski hills we have visited over the years. Food was delicious in a great atmosphere. I will say however that the service wasn’t spot on. As we had to ask for more water, drinks and cutlery.

    Stopped into Black Pine while we were at SilverStar and really enjoyed it. The tuna tataki was fresh, the karaage was awesome, and the ramen was actually the best flavour I've ever had. I was actually really surprised Service was solid and everything came out quick. We would definitely eat here again.

    Great service, welcoming atmosphere and good food. We started with the sticky ribs which were very good. Then two of us had burgers and one person had miso shiitake. All the meals were delicious.

    We had an awesome meal at Black pine.... the best food in silverstar, we think.... a refined taste with a Japanese influence and a really reasonable price. Super helpful and friendly waiting staff! We were definitely recommend it ...... Black pine will be our first choice when we return to silverstar.🥰

    Went here for a slightly earlier than usual apres ski and it was quite empty, understandable if course. Service was still good and so was the good. Cocktails were better than a few of the other places on hill, so that was a nice surprise.

    Original food with Asian fusion but insanely slow service. We waited an hour to get our meals and some of it was undercooked. It’s shame to have this long wait for a restaurant that has great potential.
