    I’ve never seen a pizza place so stingy with the cheese. And that’s supposed to be a cheese STUFFED cheesy bread :/ Edit to add- the store reached out and offered a full refund to try again as this was not the norm. We ordered once more and it was indeed much better. 10/10 customer service

    We ordered three medium pizzas... it took 30 minutes longer than expected, and then they messed up on 2/3 pizzas... sub optimal. The gentleman who delivered the pizza was nice, friendly, and was clearly just victim to a busy night... but being late and messing up the order is not the service we come to expect. UPDATE** Was contacted by manager and given 50$ towards my next order. While that does not fix the disappointment I felt when my pizzas were incorrect... it definitely shows that I am being valued as a customer. Our delivery driver for the second order, "Sam" was exceptional. Pizza was on time, kept warm, and the interaction was fast, fun, and friendly. Sam is a prime example of how I want to be treated when spending money on a delivery service. Pizza was solid, much better the second time.

    Arrived early for my scheduled pickup, they were having an issue with their oven. The Fernie Dominos team was awesome. When they got their issue resolved, it was super quick by the way, they didn’t like how my pizza turned out. The team quickly made another, gave me a coupon for my “wait” and I was out of there 2 min after my scheduled pickup up time. Absolutely fantastic service, and the team is super customer focused!

    Walked in and then asked for a free cup of water cuz I spilled stuff in my car. The didn’t have any so the dude gave me a FREE bottle of water!! I was so happy lol. Great people 10/10 Great customer service

    Domino’s Fernie has saved dinner at our house more than once. When the kids are wild, the day has been long, and I’m completely out of dinner ideas, it’s the easiest win. I order the lightly baked option so the pizza doesn’t get burned and it works great. Happy kids and no cooking is a win in my books.
