INSTRUCTED FACILITY THAT THE HOT WATER MUST BE MAINTAINED AT 110F AT THE 3 COMPARTMENT SINK AND 100F AT THE ALL HANDWASHING SINKS AT ALL TIMES THE FACILITY IS OPEN AND OPERATING AND SERVING THE PUBLIC. PRIORITY VIOLATION. CITATION ISSUED 7-38-030(C).
