Food was good. Service was fake... Warning table of 6 or more..they put a Service charge on 20% of total cost of your bill.. if we split the bill there would not of the service charge .but they don't tell you this. Total bill $455 for 6 people. $72 service charge... then they expect a tip as well? Bring your bank with you. They could of said to do separate bills to start with. Instead of giving us a heart attack. The serve Megha was so fake..put on. Totally felt scammed by Megha.

Great Beef! I'm going to guess it's Alberta beef! The food was great the dessert selection was plenty, the mango cheesecake was light, fluffy and scrumptious. My hubs ribeye was great as well as my tenderloin. My ceaser was delicious. The service was great we had I believe 2 servers they all worked as a team it felt One was from England ao friendly. They all were attentive. Compliments to the chef!

It’s our first time to eat at Fernie Cattle Co.The Server Megha so amazing very professional and friendly. The Rib eye steak with creamed corn, garlic mashed potatoes and sautéed mushroom so delectable. Definitely Highly recommended. Kudos to the Chefs 😋🩷

We paid $71 + 10 for tip for 2 people. I was not crazy about my chicken, neither was my friend. We also got the chicken Thai bites and the soup special. The soup was really good and Thai bites where just meh. I thought the decore was a little weird. Service was amazing though.

Strange experience. Definitely not a steak house. Thin, grocery store quality "New York Strip". Way too thin to be cooked to a proper medium rare so it was over cooked to well done and more grizzle than you'd get from a quality butcher. The kind of thing that a place like a pizza chain would call a steak. Not something you'd expect from a steak house and definitely not at that price. Other items were hit and miss. The soup, mushrooms and garlic mashed potatoes were really good. Their "bread and balsamic" was sandwich-sliced rye which didn't seem super fresh. Quality bread is a must for that kind of appetizer and is a really strange place to skimp since fresh, quality bread isn't really more expensive. Their Greek salad had green olives on it, instead of Kalamata which is weird. Their kids burger has more mayo than burger and it didn't list mayo on the menu. Kids like ketchup on burgers so that's a weird choice. The server was nice and attentive but the restaurant was very empty (which should have been a sign for me). The food wasn't as terrible as some reviews say but for how much it costs, the quality is really low compared to many other similarly priced places in Fernie so it's definitely not good value. The decor definitely needs a refresh too. Very dated and worn out looking.
