- DUSTY VENTS AT FRUIT/CHEESE & VEGETABLE DISPLAY CASES, & INTERIOR PANEL OF ICE MACHINE MUST BE CLEANED. All food and non-food contact surfaces of equipment and all food storage utensils shall be thoroughly cleaned and sanitized daily.
- 34. FLOORS: CONSTRUCTED PER CODE, CLEANED, GOOD REPAIR, COVING INSTALLED, DUST-LESS CLEANING METHODS USED
- FLOORS THRU-OUT REAR STORAGE ROOM & INSIDE WALK-IN COOLER BY THE MOP SINK MUST BE KEPT CLEAN. ALL STOCK/SUPPLIES MUST BE ELEVATED OFF THE FLOOR. The floors shall be constructed per code, be smooth and easily cleaned, and be kept clean and in good repair.

- WALLS/CEILING AFFECTED BY PESTS MUST CLEANED/SANITIZED. The walls and ceilings shall be in good repair and easily cleaned.
